Happy Tuesday, Brooklyn.
The days are going by quickly, and the weather finally appears to be turning the corner. Since there is roughly a month and a half of school remaining, here are some important school updates and reminders for the final stretch.
First off, seniors and juniors, final prom deposits are due TOMORROW to Mrs. Holko by 3:00. This will be your final $50 payment. Also, guest passes are due tomorrow with ZERO EXCEPTIONS; they will not be approved if submitted late.
Next, on Monday, April 22, there will be a meeting for those who signed-up for the 2025 Europe Trip. The meeting will take place in room 173 from 6:00-7:00.
Are you interested in art and music? If so, on Friday, April 26, there will be an art showcase featuring music from the Jazz Band and Show Choir. Please come to the auditorium to celebrate the exciting work from our students.
Seniors, with the FAFSA slowly being sent out, make sure you are staying on top of your college decisions and housing requests. Time is ticking!
Also seniors, your official last day of school is Tuesday, May 14, unless you are required to take final exams. Please check in with your teachers to determine what finals you will need to take if you are not exempt.
Finally, Community Service Day is Friday, May 17. Do not miss out on the opportunity to gain some hours toward graduation and to help out the Brooklyn community. Remember, you need 20 hours of community service to graduate.

- May 27: Memorial Day (NO SCHOOL)
- May 31: Last Day for Students
